Natalie Minor is an associate attorney with Appleton Reiss, where her practice is concentrated on legal matters involving real property, condominium associations, homeowners’ associations, collections, foreclosures, and deed restriction enforcement, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Minor also assists landowners and small businesses with real estate and business transactions including acquisition and sale of real property, as well as contract negotiations and development.
Prior to joining Appleton Reiss, Ms. Minor worked as a litigation attorney handling multiline insurance defense claims including commercial general liability, automobile claims, medical malpractice, personal injury, premises liability, uninsured motorist claims, and wrongful death.
Ms. Minor is a native Floridian who was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. She attended the University of Central Florida where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology before being admitted to Stetson University College of Law. During law school, Ms. Minor was a member of the Stetson Ambassadors, the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and the Goldberg-Cacciatore American Inn of Court.
Ms. Minor was a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Joseph Bulone of the Sixth Judicial Circuit and for the Honorable Judge Rex Barbas of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. She also served as a Certified Legal Intern at the Office of the State Attorney, where she was involved in the prosecution of misdemeanor crimes. Upon graduating from Stetson Law, Ms. Minor was awarded the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award given to students who completed over 120 hours of pro bono legal work.
