Jared Galaris is an associate attorney with Appleton Reiss, focusing his practice on legal matters involving real property, condominium associations, homeowners’ associations, collections, foreclosures, and deed restriction enforcement, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Galaris also assists landowners and small businesses with real estate and business transactions including acquisition and sale of real property, as well as contract negotiations and development.

Prior to joining Appleton Reiss, Mr. Galaris worked as a litigation attorney handling insurance defense claims including first party property, general liability, and bad-faith liability.

Mr. Galaris is a native Floridian who was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. He attended the University of Florida where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Finance. Mr. Galaris attended law school at the Stetson University College of Law, where he served in leadership roles, including as a Stetson Ambassador and a Senior Reader.
