Associate Attorney

Allison Brandt

Ms. Brandt has practiced community association law in Florida since 2010, representing condominium and homeowners’ associations throughout the State of Florida. She has advised clients in all aspects of community association law, and takes a special interest in foreclosure, collections, and bankruptcy. Ms. Brandt particularly enjoys the research and investigation of complex issues. Prior to focusing on community association law, Ms. Brandt served as a Trial Court Staff Attorney for the 18th Judicial Circuit in and for Seminole County, Florida. Her experience handling mortgage foreclosures subsequent to the real estate market collapse of 2008 sparked her interest in real estate law. A Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native, Ms. Brandt relocated to and was raised in Pinellas County, Florida. She is a graduate of Seminole High School in Seminole, Florida. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree in economics from Charleston Southern University in Charleston, South Carolina, Ms. Brandt moved to California and worked in accounting for several years prior to law school. Ms. Brandt attended Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California, and returned to Florida after obtaining her juris doctor.
